What this visa is
The carte de séjour “Talent — Projet économique Innovant” (innovative economic project) is France's startup visa: a residence permit for international, non-resident founders who want to build an innovative business in France. It's the route the ecosystem still informally calls the “French Tech Visa.”

- Your project is recognised as innovative by DRIEETS, the French state economic authority
